Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time – All orders are shipping within 24-48 hours and are delivered between 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

To return your product please follow the steps below.
1) Return the product at the address mentioned on the product.
2) The product must be in the original condition and with the original packaging and the reason for the return.
3) Enclose your order number and if possible, and the original paperwork sent with your order.
4) Product to be sent and received by us within 30 days of you receiving the product.
5) It is recommended to use a traceable service to send the product back.
