There is a common saying – “When you have a fit body, you’ll have a healthy mind.” That’s why you should start some exercises to keep your body fit.

With regular exercise, you’ll be able to regain your self-esteem quickly. Besides, during exercise, the brain releases different hormones, which will help you feel good about yourself.
3. Learn New Skills
According to many researchers, learning new skills improve mental health. When you learn a new skill, your self-esteem will get higher – you’ll have a higher confidence level. Moreover, you’ll have a purpose to live.
You can try learning different skills such as learning a new language, how-to or DIY repair home broken parts, swimming, and so on. Also, you can take courses at your local college.
However, while learning new skills, don’t take the pressure of sitting in the exam. Try to learn different skills for fun and choose skills that attract you.
